Raised in the coastal beauty of Cape Town, South Africa, founder Teo “Twokeys” spent most of his life at sea as a sailing yacht captain. With a deep love for animals and a mastery of nautical rope work, Scallywags was born—a passion project created by a true “Sea Dog.”

Our mission? To create high-quality, stylish accessories that celebrate the bond between pets and their people. Every piece is designed to reflect the love, pride, and spirit of adventure that comes with being a devoted pet parent.
